If you are not completely satisfied, you have up to 2 weeks from the date of installation to request a full refund of the equipment cost.** The refund will be issued following equipment collection.

*If you are leasing the equipment month-to-month, the 2 week window does not apply and you may cancel at any time.

*This guarantee only applies to products that we sell as part of our custom solutions. For example, we are not currently an authorized dealer of Starlink, and therefore any purchasing or returning of equipment from Starlink would need to be dealt directly with Starlink.
